After the great success of
Rosmira fedele Vivaldi in
March 2003, the Opéra de Nice has reinvited Gilbert Blin and
the Académie
Desprez to
present, with Gilbert Bezzina and the Ensemble
Baroque de Nice, a new production of Haendel's Teseo.
Research leading to the scenic conception of
this production has been undertaken by the Académie
Desprez.
Gilbert Blin has gathered a specialised team
to assist him for scenography, costumes and staging.
Performances took place in March 2007.
